| Connecting Community and Liver Care
To bridge liver health knowledge and the communities we serve: sharing information, supporting prevention, and encouraging care in ways that are accessible, respectful, and collaborative.
We work alongside communities to share liver health education in practical, relatable ways: building connections, supporting prevention, and helping people take charge of their liver health. Through collaboration, trust, and outreach, we aim to make liver care knowledge part of everyday life.
Liver Health Connect was founded in 2025 by a liver specialist with deep roots in Calgary and a strong connection to its vibrant cultural communities. Recognizing a persistent gap in liver health awareness and care, particularly among groups that often face barriers to medical information, Liver Health Connect was launched as a community-driven effort to improve access, spark conversation, and deliver liver health education in ways that are engaging, inclusive, and culturally meaningful.
